Elder Care Services Strategic Plan
Goal 1: Elder Care Services will become the primary care manager for the majority of elders in the community who need services.
Goal 2: Elder Care will become the recognized first source of information, education and resources to seniors, their caregivers and the community.
Goal 3: Elder Care will become a major influence upon state and local legislative, policy and budget decisions concerning aging and senior issues.
Goal 4: Elder Care will open a new full service Elder Care Center by 2012 that includes offices, congregate and meeting rooms, day care and other related community agencies.
