Care Management
To every senior in need, ECS asks the question, "What do you need to make your life better; to help you be more independent, safer and healthier?" A Care Manager will visit you or the person needing help and together, will create a comprehensive care management plan.
Care Managers will also provide information and explore Community Resources/Useful Links including assisted living facilities and nursing homes, to meet yours or a loved one’s needs. The goal is keeping the senior as independent as possible while giving them and their families the services they need.
